How It All Began?
El Karim was born out of love for authentic Egyptian street food. We wanted to bring something to the streets of Helsinki that was missing: honest, spicy, and heart-made food that doesn't compromise on quality.
Our food truck is more than just a kitchen on wheels. It is a piece of Cairo in the middle of the northern capital. Every recipe is refined to perfection while respecting traditions.
